A collection of flowers from around the world

A flower is one of the few images that exists across all cultures and requires no translation. It is given as a gift, used to say goodbye, to celebrate a holiday, or to mark a loss. Yet, despite its universality, a flower is never the same: its meaning changes depending on the place, time, and the perspective of the person who looks at it.

The BOUQUET exhibition brings together works by artists from different countries, united by the motif of the flower, interpreted in radically different ways. Here, the flower ceases to be merely a decorative element and becomes a statement: personal, cultural, political, or almost intimate. For some, it is memory; for others, a gesture of love; for others, a form of resistance; and for others, silence.

Each artist is represented by a single work. Just like in a real bouquet, where each flower maintains its shape and character while contributing to a harmonious whole. BOUQUET does not aim to show the "best flowers of the world" — it collects different voices, contexts, and intonations, allowing the viewer to feel how a single image can speak in dozens of visual languages.
